Derrick Bwabye
Executive Director, Church Leadership, Trainer, Bible Teacher, Capacity Building Specialist
Leadership
Experienced leadership for biblical training, governance, and institutional strengthening.
With over eight years of leadership and ministry experience, Derrick is a church leadership trainer, Bible teacher, and Leadership Training of Trainers (ToT) facilitator, recognized for equipping pastors and church leaders with biblically grounded, practical, and scalable leadership skills. His work focuses on servant leadership, discipleship, governance, accountability, and church-led community transformation.
Derrick holds a Diploma in Theology and is currently pursuing a Master of Theology. In addition to his theological training, Derrick holds a Master’s Degree in Public Procurement and Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement and Logistics Management. He is also a Certified ISO Integrated Management Systems (IMS) Lead Implementer and Internal Auditor.
